Return policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot always offer a refund for certain products. Where possible we are happy to agree to returns providing the item is unused and there are no damages or marks. If any damage is incurred a restocking fee may be applicable. 

Please contact us via email to obtain agreement of the refund request before goods are returned. 

Where a customer changes their mind regarding an order through no fault of the business a refund transaction fee may be charged.
