OM606 / OM603 Custom Injector Pumps

The heart of any mechanical diesel engine is the Injector Pump, this controls the fuel volume, fuel consumption and rpm limits. Our custom pumps have been developed using countless hours of dyno testing combined with vehicle usage, we invented the Anti-Jerk system also based on experience from our vehicle builds.

External Alda is fitted on all injector pumps to reduce smoke and exhaust temperature levels off boost.

A standard OM603, 602, 601 or OM606, 605, 604 pre 1996 mechanical pump is required as a core or you can add one to your order for an additional charge of £450

• Up to 275bhp 90-130cc 6mm elements full rebuild, gaskets and bio seals including outside Alda. 

• Up to 400bhp 130-180cc 7.7mm elements full rebuild, gaskets and bio seals including outsideAalda.

• Up to and over 500bhp 170cc+ 8.5mm elements full rebuild, custom higher rpm limit, gaskets and bio seals including outside alda and modified governor rpm curve.

New product as per 1st September 2026 - As seen in the Land Rover video (July 2026) we have produced a mid range 7.7mm injector pump that does not suffer from the regular jerking. This is called the 400hp 2.0. This has special internal modifications that we bespoke machine in house to create an all round better driving experience for customers that don't want to be limited to the 275bhp but also don't want to step up to the big 8.5mm pump. This works very well to extract the best performance from our V3 Hybrid Turbo (275-300bhp) but will also make 400+ hp with our Quick Spool Race Turbo Kit (S200). Can be used with or without our anti-jerk side plate for best results use with.
