Turbosmart turbo kit 500-540hp

This is our new and heavily dyno tested turbosmart turbo package for OM606 and OM605

This kit is designed to give 500-540bhp with only slightly slower spool than our older “quickspool race kit”

The testing and development of this kit has been heavily featured on the DPUk engine dyno videos (YouTube and Facebook) since 2025

This kit will fit in all the popular Mercedes models that on606’s are installed into, including the factory w210

Dpuk strongly recommend the use of a 8.5mm injector pump for this power level and use with this kit.

(caution must be taken with Om605 models using this turbo system, only use 8.5mm injector pump and do not exceed 500hp for engine longevity)
